Exceptional hospitality from friendly and helpful staff.
I was extremely frustrated with the layout of the hotel. The fact that the lift didn't serve every floor forced me to struggle with my heavy luggage, having to haul it up and down stairs multiple times. It was a significant inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to my stay, which I definitely did not expect.

Perfect Family Getaway in Cologne!
Our stay for two nights was fantastic! The location near the train station made sightseeing effortless. A delightful breakfast awaited us every morning, featuring fresh pastries.
